Common Screen Repair Problems in Ocean City

Volusia County's climate creates specific challenges for pool enclosures. Here are the most common screen problems we fix for Ocean City homeowners:

Storm & Wind Damage

Florida storms tear through Ocean City pool screens every season. We replace storm-damaged panels with brand-new full panels — never patches — secured with heavy-duty spline built to hold through Volusia County's worst weather.

UV Fade & Brittle Mesh

Years of Central Florida sun make pool screen mesh brittle and gray. If your Ocean City enclosure screens are tearing at the slightest touch, it's time for full-panel replacement with UV-rated mesh that lasts.

Salt Air Corrosion

Coastal Ocean City properties face salt spray that eats through spline and mesh faster than inland homes. We install corrosion-resistant spline and coastal-grade mesh rated for Volusia County shoreline conditions.
