Common Screen Repair Problems in Windermere

Orange County's climate creates specific challenges for pool enclosures. Here are the most common screen problems we fix for Windermere homeowners:

Storm & Wind Damage

Florida storms tear through Windermere pool screens every season. We replace storm-damaged panels with brand-new full panels — never patches — secured with heavy-duty spline built to hold through Orange County's worst weather.

UV Fade & Brittle Mesh

Years of Central Florida sun make pool screen mesh brittle and gray. If your Windermere enclosure screens are tearing at the slightest touch, it's time for full-panel replacement with UV-rated mesh that lasts.

Lakeside Humidity Rot

Waterfront properties in Windermere deal with constant moisture that rots spline and loosens mesh. Our full-panel replacement uses moisture-resistant spline designed for Orange County lakeside and riverfront conditions.
